Delivery Policy

Thanks for visiting and shopping at Eazy Name Labels.

Delivery options (personalised orders)

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days (Mon–Fri).
    Includes print time and delivery.

  • Premium Express: Next working day (Mon–Fri).
    Personalised orders are prioritised for print and sent by an express service.

Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Processing & dispatch

  • We work quickly to get your order out. Orders aren’t shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.

  • During busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll contact you by email or phone.

Shipping charges & tracking

  • Delivery charges are calculated and shown at checkout.

  • Prices vary by destination and service.

  • If you choose a tracked option, a tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships.

Address limitations

  • We’re unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Personalised Items

Because each of our personalised products is custom-made just for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind or made a mistake when ordering.

This includes:

  • Typos or spelling mistakes submitted at checkout

  • Incorrect product choices (e.g. size, colour, design, etc.)

Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order.

This policy is in line with the UK’s Consumer Contracts Regulations, which exclude personalised and made-to-order items from the standard 14-day cooling-off period.

If Your Item Is Faulty or Incorrect

We take quality seriously, and we want you to love your order. If your item is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged on arrival

  • Not as described

  • Or we’ve made an error with the personalisation

Then we will offer you a replacement or full refund, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo showing the problem

  • A brief description of the issue

We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
